I actually pointed that out to my little brother (he's been watching our Duelist Kingdom DVDs) and his eyes almost popped out of his head. Of course, he apparently thought Yugi was ten and Kaiba was twenty or something until we had this discussion, so there was a lot of eye-popping that day. XDD

(William: "What's Kaiba doing in that young one Yugi's class??" No, he seriously said that. He's EIGHT and talks like YODA, what's HE all on about?)

I'm bisexual and the stamp kind of bothers me-- not so much because I find this or that offensive, but because of the rampant appropriation of symbology at work here. According to the bible, rainbows represent a promise not to destroy the world just because humans are trying God's patience to the nth degree. I don't like the use of rainbows to represent the "gay community" in the first place. (Butterflies, though, that's a symbol I could get behind.) Plus that, rainbows have represented so much else over the millenia, the most basic meaning being that "our troubles are over." NOW, however, rainbows are being used to incite violence and arguments. They're just innocent light beams, leave them out of it.

On the other note, I don't really think of God as being capable of having "gay sex," seeing as how I consider God to be genderless.

(unless, I dunno, you count the "God within" everyone, and then God's having gay sex everytime two people are having gay sex? Yeeaaah, that works.)

My older running webcomic, The Law of Purple [link] is going to reach 900 pages in about (checks) four weeks.

This is unusual for a webcomic. I'm rather pleased with myself. It also means ya'll that haven't read it need to get with the program if you want to be with it when it hits the thousand mark (then you can say, OMG this comic I read has one THOUSAND pages! Kewl! )

It also means I need to come up with something to do for the 1K mark when I hit it several months from now, because that's a certainty now. OH GOSH.
