Phoenix and Heart

Something inspired by talking about wanting a tattoo incorporating a phoenix and a heart. I need to stop doing things when I have no time to do them, because over the last three days I've done plenty I have no time to do, thanks to school.

Personally, were I to get a tattoo like this, I'd have the lines in blue, the bird in orange and/or yellow, and the heart in red, possibly with something written inside.

My tat designs all suck. So do my birds, for that matter.

This phoenix is based off the one on my class ring, from before I even knew LP. Yes, I have a phoenix on my high school class ring. There were no dragons in the option list, so it was my second choice. (I wanted a dragon, dammit!)

So yeah.

I'm still not getting a tattoo, Barbara, if you see this, and you can't make me, so there.

(I like tattoos on OTHER people. If I got a tattoo I wouldn't be able to admire it whenever I felt like it and I'd probably turn into a contortionist trying to, because I'm narcissistic and obsessive compulsive and ADD and stuff. Not quite bad enough to need therapy, though. )

(Plus that I'd eventually get tired of the silly thing and either want to change it or get rid of it altogether. I've made a pact with myself never to do anything to my "look" I can't change quickly or eventually, because I know myself too well.)

If one of the other people who offered makes something she likes better, I have a sneaking suspicion some fictional character will end up with it instead.
